New Year

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you
a heart of flesh.”

Ezekiel 36:26

Every year we start the year off by asking the Lord to give us a “word” for the year and then we spend some time creating vision boards for the year. It helps us to keep our focus on what God has shown us that He wants to do in our lives. We are excited for 2023!
For our January Sunday Fun Day we had a local female carpenter, Mrs. Mann and her husband, come and teach our ladies some woodworking skills. They all created their own wooden boxes and had a blast doing it!
Lisa got a car! She has worked so hard to get to this place of being able to save up and put money towards a car. We are so proud of how far she has come!
Randi joined us this month and we are so excited to have her here! Randi loves the color pink and has such a quiet, sweet spirit. Welcome home, Randi!
Thank you to Rehoboth House of Worship for inviting us to be a vendor at the Aroma Conference this past weekend! Our ladies had an extraordinary time of worship and even enjoyed some nature at the botanical gardens as well!
VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH

Our Volunteer of the Month is Yvonne Borck! Yvonne has served in prison ministry previously in California and when she moved to Texas, she couldn’t wait to find a place to serve here. We are so blessed to have her come and serve with us in the office weekly. Yvonne, thank you for all the ways you support Sanctified Hope! You are a blessing!

We are SO BLESSED that Trinity Bible Church chose Sanctified Hope to be the recipients of their GIVE GREATER Campaign this past Christmas Season. This past weekend, they presented us with the donations collected and the Lord has blown us AWAY with His GOODNESS!! Thank you to the body of believers that continue to support us and what God is doing here in the lives of these women!

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you
a heart of flesh.”

Ezekiel 36:26

When I asked the Lord about my Word for this year, it was very clear: REVELATION. I believe that it refers to how the Lord is going to reveal a lot of truth to me this year personally, in my family, for this ministry, etc. As for Sanctified Hope, the first revelation has been very simple: Keep it Surrendered. You hear it said in all the cliche’ sayings: “Let Go and Let God!” or “Jesus Take the Wheel!” He has reminded us to rest in Him while surrendering this ministry to Him so He can have His way and do what He does best. It is a broader scope of what He does individually in each woman’s life as she completely surrenders her will to His as well.

This verse posted above is a perfect example of the transformation we see happen at Sanctified Hope due to a fully surrendered life. I think it is always important to inspect the different areas of our lives and ask ourselves, “Are there any areas that I am trying to do my way? Any areas I have not given over yet?” I always find that when I do FINALLY “Let Go and LET GOD” have that particular area, I see a breakthrough in my life and have a reNEWed SPIRIT!

I pray you have had a great start to this new year and will continue to have a good one. Thank you for your continued support and prayers for this ministry and the ladies that are continuing to work hard at changing their lives and the generations to come. We have so many new ladies slated to come to us by the end of March, please be covering us in MAJOR PRAYER!  Thank you and GOD BLESS YOU!
